When you have an email thread in your inbox which you think might be useful to other users, just click the "Send to GrexIt" link on the top right of the email thread.

This will lead to the email thread to be sent to GrexIt, and an email notification to everyone engaged in the discussion that tells them their responses would be going to GrexIt too [Thats right - all responses to the thread that has been sent to GrexIt also reach GrexIt automatically]

 

When someone needs to search the GrexIt repository for relevant discussions, all they need to do is type in what they need to search for in the "Search GrexIt" box on the left of their Google Mail interface. 

They are instantly redirected to the GrexIt repository where they can see the results. They can click on the relevant result to view the complete discussion with all email messages and attachments.

Its that simple, really.
