Automatically adding emails with specific Subjects to GrexIt
You can very easily make GrexIt automatically pick up conversations from your email inbox whenever you mention a specific word or phrase in the subject of an email. Here's how:
1. Create a filter in your Google Apps email inbox to filter all messages with the specific words or phrases in the subject line and apply a label to all such messages. So for example, I want to filter all messages with the "Job Application" in the subject line. I'd click the "create a filter" link:
2. I set up the filter to apply a label called "Job Applications" to all messages on which this filter applies:
3. Now I go to my GrexIt account and create a Fetch Rule to fetch all labels from my inbox which have the label "Job Application". And I'm done! I can also add a shared label to the conversations in GrexIt called "Resume". (More details on how to set up GrexIt Fetch Rules here: http://grexit.com/help#rules)
